How MOTRA Works
A simple 3 step process

Step 1: Train
Connect your wearable to MOTRA and start moving with intent.
MOTRA reads your heart rate data from each workout to understand how hard you’ve trained. From that, we determine your personal heart rate zones. Effort is measured in a way that reflects you.
Step 2: Earn
Your effort becomes Effort Points.
We calculate your intensity using heart rate zones. The harder you train, the more you earn. Every session adds to your monthly total. Everyone’s heart is different, we track yours.
Step 3: Convert
Effort Points are rewarded with $MOTRA Tokens.
At the end of each month, your share of verified effort is converted into real, spendable tokens. Use them in-app, trade, or hold. It’s your earned reward.
What Counts As Effort?
Effort is personal. But the way we measure it is proven.
Everyone’s heart rate zones are different, so MOTRA adapts to you.
We reward effort based on time spent in elevated heart rate zones,
using a structure built around widely accepted training principles.
That means the harder you work — relative to your body — the more you earn.

How does MOTRA track my effort?
We sync with your fitness device or app to pull in motion and heart rate data. Every session is analysed based on time spent in specific heart rate zones.The harder you work, the more it counts.
What are Effort Points?
Effort Points are your internal score, they reflect how much verified work you’ve done. They’re not tokens, but they determine your share of the monthly MOTRA token rewards. Train more, earn more.
How are MOTRA tokens distributed?
Each month, there’s a fixed number of tokens to be shared (833,333). Your Effort Points determine what slice of the monthly reward pool you get.
What kind of training counts?
Running. Walking. Cycling (for now, more sports to come soon). Heart rate data is key. So easy walks count for less than hard sessions.
Can people cheat the system?
We’ve built MOTRA to reward real training. No shortcuts. We validate heart rate zones and movement data across every session.
