MOTRA 3.0 is one of the biggest updates we’ve shipped so far.

The headline is MOTRA Coach. You can now build a running plan around your goal, current ability, available days, weekly frequency, and long-run day. Plans support Functional Fitness, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon goals, with experience levels from Beginner through to Elite.

Once your plan is built, you get a structured weekly view with your next session, week focus, total distance, progress, rest days, skipped sessions, and linked completed runs. Sessions include effort ranges, HR-zone detail, RPE, blocks, and steps, so it feels like an actual plan, not just a list of runs.

We’ve also added plan management, rearranging workouts, injury/illness and holiday adjustments, plus syncing to calendar, Apple Watch guided workouts, and Garmin structured workouts where supported.

This update also introduces MOTRA Pro. Coach chat, training plans, advanced analytics, and recovery signals now sit under Pro as we start building MOTRA into something much more personal, adaptive, and useful.
