Weekly Dev Update - Merry Christmas!

This week we’ve been deep in UI work. We’re spending time in Figma getting every screen exactly right before anything moves into code. It’s slower upfront, but it saves pain later and keeps the app feeling intentional rather than rushed.

We also had the MOTRA Christmas party. A good moment to pause, look back at what’s been built this year, and reset before the next push. Games were played. Too much food was ate...
